We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with solid experience of delivering commercial kitchen and bar projects for high-end interior fit-outs across bars, restaurants, hotels, or food-led hospitality spaces. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UK's best-known hospitality brands.
You will manage full fit-out lifecycles, from mobilisation through to handover, on fast-track, design-led installations, including premium kitchens, bar areas, hotel dining venues, and large-scale food halls. Expect varied and challenging work that combines technical detail with creative flair.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end hospitality commercial kitchen and bar projects into branded restaurants, hotels, and lounges.
- Oversee site operations, managing subcontractors, trades, and supply chains to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the lead point of contact on-site, working alongside the Contracts Manager to manage client expectations.
- Plan and coordinate materials, schedules, logistics, and health & safety compliance.
- Ensure high-quality finishes through rigorous snagging, sign-off, and aftercare processes.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-outs within bars, restaurants, hotels, or food & beverage spaces.
- Strong technical understanding of commercial kitchen/bar installations, M&E coordination, and site logistics.
- A proactive, organised, and client-facing leader who thrives under pressure.
- Willingness to travel nationwide with a full UK driving licence.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and First Aid certifications are beneficial.
- Salary up to £55,000 (DOE) + car allowance.
