With several impressive sites and new developments coming online and performance expectations rising, they are now looking to bring in a Head of Sales who can elevate their commercial strategy and drive consistent, high-quality results across the portfolio.

You will take full ownership of sales performance across multiple sites, shaping strategy, driving occupancy and income, and building capability across both central and site teams. Key Responsibilities:- Set the commercial direction for the portfolio, shaping a sales strategy that drives occupancy, income, and yield
- Lead the annual sales cycle – pricing, launches, campaigns, and peak-season planning
- Turn market trends, competitor behaviour, and performance data into clear commercial priorities
- Build a high-performing central sales function with clarity, accountability, and pace
- Create a consistent, process-driven approach to lead handling, pipeline management, and conversion
- Step in on high-value or strategically sensitive opportunities to support delivery
- Own sales reporting across the business, ensuring insight is accurate, timely, and actionable
- Produce reliable occupancy and income forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities early
- Analyse the full sales funnel to understand customer behaviour, lost demand, and conversion blockers
- Champion CRM excellence – ensuring data quality, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and site teams to align commercial and operational delivery
- Translate performance insight into practical actions that support site-level results
- Develop the capability of sales and site teams through coaching, training, and structured development
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture talent to build a resilient, scalable sales function
- Foster a commercially focused culture that balances short-term performance with long-term growth
- Proven experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role
- Strong background in occupancy-led or revenue-driven environments (PBSA, BTR, residential, hospitality, or similar)
- Demonstrable expertise in forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders using data-led insight
- A people-focused leader with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable working across central and site-based teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance short-term performance and long-term strategy
- Experience improving sales processes, conversion, and consistency across multi-site operations
- Basic Salary up to £65,000 + performance-related bonus
