This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has already stepped into leadership - or is ready to - and wants real ownership, impact and progression. You might come from telesales, lettings, call centres, membership sales, property, hospitality or any fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
If you are someone who thrives on performance, loves building high-energy teams, and knows how to turn pipeline into results - this is a role where you can genuinely make your mark.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a small but high-impact sales team, driving occupancy, revenue and conversion performance while shaping how the function evolves as the business grows. This isn’t just about managing - it’s about leading from the front, setting standards, improving performance and building a culture of accountability and energy. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Operations, giving you real visibility and influence across the wider business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Executives to deliver consistent results
- Driving occupancy, revenue and yield performance across the portfolio
- Owning pipeline management, lead allocation and follow-up standards
- Monitoring performance daily and acting quickly to improve conversion
- Supporting peak trading periods and high-volume booking campaigns
- Getting involved in sales activity when needed - leading by example
- Using data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Delivering clear reporting, forecasting and performance updates
- Working closely with Marketing and Operations to align campaigns and availability
- Ensuring CRM discipline, data accuracy and structured processes
- Keeping customer experience at the heart of every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a sales leadership, senior sales or supervisory role
- Strong track record of delivering against targets, revenue or occupancy goals
- Experience managing or mentoring a team (formally or informally)
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, conversion and CRM systems
- Confident using data to drive decisions and improve performance
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning results
- A natural leader who can motivate, influence and build energy within a team
- Resilient, driven and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A positive, collaborative approach that fits a high-growth culture
What’s In It For You
- Basic salary up to £38,000 (DOE) + performance-related bonus (up to 10%)
- A high-impact role with real ownership and visibility
- The opportunity to shape and grow a sales function
- A fast-moving, ambitious business with strong growth plans
- Clear progression opportunities as the team and portfolio expand
- A supportive, energetic culture where ideas and initiative are valued
