Project Manager - Façade Remediation Luton £80,000 - £90,000 + Package Our client is an established construction group delivering complex residential projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of work and further growth planned, the business is continuing to strengthen its project delivery team with experienced people who can take ownership of technically challenging schemes. We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major high rise façade remediation and recladding project. The main focus will be external envelope works, managing specialist subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and technical coordination through to completion. Alongside strong façade experience, some exposure to internal refurbishment would be useful. Longer term, the business wants someone who can broaden their experience across different types of residential construction projects and build a career with the wider group beyond this scheme. Key Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for day to day project delivery, programme, quality and safety Lead façade remediation and recladding works, coordinating specialist subcontractors, consultants and site teams Manage sequencing, logistics, access and interfaces across a complex high rise residential project Work closely with Design, Commercial and Technical teams to resolve issues and keep delivery moving Maintain high standards of quality assurance, inspections, record keeping and compliance Manage client and stakeholder relationships, providing clear reporting on progress, risk and key project issues Oversee internal works where required and coordinate interfaces between façade and internal packages Lead and develop the wider site team, setting clear expectations around programme, quality and accountability Identify project risks early and put practical solutions in place to protect programme and delivery Drive the project through completion, handover and close out What We're Looking For: Proven Project Manager experience within façade remediation, recladding or external envelope projects Strong technical understanding of façade systems, remediation sequencing and construction interfaces Experience delivering high rise or complex residential projects Some exposure to internal refurbishment or internal construction packages would be beneficial, but does not need to be your main background Confident managing specialist subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams Strong understanding of programme, logistics, quality assurance and health and safety Comfortable working closely with clients, consultants, design teams and commercial colleagues A practical, hands on approach with the ability to make decisions and keep challenging projects moving SMSTS, CSCS and relevant construction qualifications Strong communication and leadership skills What's In It For You: £80,000 - £90,000 + Package Strong company benefits package Opportunity to lead a major high rise façade remediation project Exposure to both façade and internal construction works Support to broaden your project experience across the wider group Longer term career opportunities across a growing pipeline of residential projects
