What does the job actually involve?

Working alongside the Building Manager, you'll help take ownership of the entire day-to-day operation.

That means: Leading from the front and getting the best from your team Creating a genuinely brilliant resident experience Making sure the building looks, feels and operates at its best Getting involved in events, engagement and building community Managing the everyday challenges that come with a busy building Coordinating maintenance, contractors and facilities Keeping on top of Health & Safety, compliance and operational standards Solving problems, making decisions and getting things done It's just as much about people and experience as it is operations.
