Due to significant investment and long‑term programme growth, we're looking for experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineers, with strong Siemens NX skills and a background in tooling, fixtures, jigs, lifting equipment or precision mechanical systems. Here, you will be joining a powerhouse of the engineering world, working with a talented, multi‑disciplinary engineering team, and the chance to collaborate on cutting‑edge, meaningful UK programmes with long‑term career potential. Key Responsibilities * 3D modelling and 2D detailing in Siemens NX * Producing assemblies, sub‑assemblies, BOMs and detailed drawings * Applying GD&T to ASME Y14.5 / BS standards * Supporting gated design reviews and client presentations * Ensuring compliance with safety legislation and UKCA requirements What You’ll Bring * Teamcenter or similar PLM experience * Confident with GD&T * Experience in nuclear, aerospace, defence, heavy engineering, oil & gas * FEA exposure (Abaqus, ANSYS, MathCAD or hand calculations) * Manufacturing or toolmaker background Why Join? * Growing team with strong investment and future opportunities * Work that contributes to nationally significant projects Security Requirements Due to project restrictions, applicants must be British Citizens (sole nationality) and eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).
