The People Pod is supporting a major live residential development in Leeds.
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership, oversee budgets, valuations, variations and subcontract accounts, and lead the project team.
This 18-month fixed-term contract has a strong likelihood of becoming permanent.
You will work with design, technical and operations teams to protect cost, quality and programme, reporting to the Commercial Director and senior leadership.
