South Manchester + Small Area to Cover
This is a leasing/lettings role you'll have never seen before. A rare chance to join a major fast-growing owner that's expanding across multiple regions and building a brand-new leasing function from the ground up. They're scaling quickly, investing heavily, and creating modern rental communities across a mixture of homes and apartment living.
You'll be working directly with a senior leader known for developing people, promoting internally and building high-performing teams. Someone who has supported multiple promotions in previous roles and is now shaping a new, modern leasing operation. If you want progression, modern systems, proper support and a business that genuinely invests in its people, this is the moment to move.
This is modern leasing, AI-supported enquiry qualification, streamlined systems, automated viewing pipelines and all designed so you can focus on the one thing that earns you commission: building relationships and closing deals. It's fast-moving, people-focused, tech-enabled and built for those who want to earn well and grow quickly.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Daily follow-ups with prospects who viewed the day before through WhatsApp, calls, consultative conversations, moving them from interest to application.
- Converting great leads by qualifying needs, matching people to the right home and driving applications.
- Owning your small patch across the North West, with additional viewing support from external partners, but you own the relationship end-to-end.
- Progressing applications through referencing, documentation, Right to Rent, guarantors and tenancy sign-off, keeping every file tight, clean and moving.
- Managing listings, uploading new homes, updating details, ensuring accuracy on EPCs, council tax, pricing, imagery and descriptions.
- Providing insight back into the business on pricing, objections, viewing trends and resident feedback to help shape the leasing function.
- Working with modern systems including CRM, AI qualification tools and online systems to streamline your workflow and maximise conversion.
What We're Looking For:
- Sales or lettings experience - estate agency, leasing, hospitality or any customer-facing environment where you're actively selling.
- Strong UK lettings/leasing knowledge or willingness to learn: referencing, Right to Rent, tenancy agreements, deposit rules.
- CRM confidence - managing pipeline, updating records, keeping applications moving.
- Consultative communicator who builds rapport over repeated contact, not just one call.
- Organised and detail-driven - listings, applicant files and accuracy matter here.
- Resilient and commercially sharp - someone who can take the rough with the smooth and help shape a new leasing function.
What's In It For You:
- £27,000 base salary
- £37,000 OTE
- Company car or car allowance
- Commission on your own deals + commission on deals from partner-conducted viewings in your patch
- Modern tech, AI tools and systems to make your job easier
- Clear progression - the leadership here has a proven track record of promoting internally
- Join at the start of something big - huge investment, huge growth, huge opportunity
