The People Pod is expanding its Engineering recruitment team in the United Kingdom, focusing on Nuclear, Defence and Energy Transition.

We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can build a specialist market from day one, own client relationships and deliver high-caliber engineering talent.

You’ll own the full lifecycle, win new business, develop a network of senior engineers and hiring managers, and work with an ambitious team across the UK and Europe.
