The focus is on doing things properly, maintaining high standards and building a team that people genuinely enjoy being part of. \n \nThe Role\n \n You'll be working across domestic heating systems throughout Lancaster, Morecambe and the surrounding areas , carrying out: \n * Boiler installations, servicing and breakdown repairs \n * Heating and hot water fault finding \n * First fix through to final commissioning \n * Domestic Gas Safety inspections \n * Pipework and associated heating works \n * Ongoing diagnostics and problem solving \n * Working closely with a supportive office and management team \n The business continues to invest in training, development and progression, giving engineers the opportunity to develop their skills and build a long-term career with BHE Services. \n \nWhat We're Looking For\n \n We're looking for experienced, personable engineers who take real pride in their work and enjoy delivering a great customer experience. \n Essential: \n * 5+ years' domestic heating experience \n * ACS qualifications (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT) \n * Gas Safe Registered \n * Strong fault-finding ability \n * Broad heating systems knowledge \n * Full UK Driving Licence \n Desirable: \n * G3 Unvented \n * Commercial gas, renewables or oil experience \n * Strong customer communication skills \n \nPackage & Benefits\n \n * £38,500 - £41,600 depending on experience \n * Company van + fuel card \n * Uniform provided \n * 28 days holiday including bank holidays \n * Monday-Friday working pattern \n * Optional overtime available \n * Ongoing training & development \n * Genuine long-term progression opportunities \n \nWhy Join BHE Services?\n You'll be joining an established local company where: \Training is encouraged \n ?
