The Role As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.
Working closely with Account Executives, while also managing your own portfolio, you'll be responsible for handling business from initial enquiry through to placement, renewal and ongoing servicing.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
Support Account Executives with the servicing of larger client accounts.
Prepare quotations, policy documentation and associated paperwork.
Explain policy cover and terms to clients.
Support clients throughout the claims process where required.
Maintain accurate records and ensure FCA and regulatory compliance.
Identify opportunities to generate additional commercial business.
Previous experience within commercial insurance broking (essential) .
A good understanding of commercial insurance products.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
