Our client is expanding and looking for a highly organised Contract Administrator / Operations Administrator to support their operations team across project administration, scheduling, compliance and document control. This is a busy, fast-paced role where accuracy, communication and attention to detail are key. It would suit someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys supporting field teams, customers and internal stakeholders within a technical environment.
The Role - Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Project Administration
- Assist with daily operational admin tasks
- Organise and maintain project documentation & records
- Support scheduling of jobs, meetings and training
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Accurate data entry & system updating
- Coordinate ongoing safety & compliance training
- Maintain training records and certification matrices
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant
- Support operations with basic IT user details, apps and mobile phones (Users, devices, onboarding, troubleshooting)
- Assist with user access and digital platforms
- Liaise with external support & suppliers where required
- Provide administrative support to senior operations & management
- Collaborate with field, commercial and project teams
Skills & Attributes
- Experience in administrative, operations, project support or contract admin role
- Strong organisation & attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to prioritise and handle multiple deadlines
- Proactive, dependable and solutions-focused
- Experience in construction, utilities, pipelining, civils, engineering or project-led environments
- Exposure to compliance, H&S admin, training records or document control
- Interest in technical operations or project delivery
