We\’re seeking a Branch Manager to take charge of our well-established and fast-growing trade branch in , Kent .
With a reputation for supplying high-quality UPVC, aluminium, and composite windows and doors to trade professionals, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and service to builders, installers, and developers across the UK.
Your Role as Branch Manager As our Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery while driving growth and profitability.
Your leadership will be key in managing stock, sales, and a dedicated team, while fostering strong relationships with trade customers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team, including sales staff, warehouse operatives, and trade counter personnel.
Drive sales growth by building relationships with trade customers and ensuring a first-class customer experience.
Oversee stock management, ensuring the right products are available when needed.
Manage budgets and P&L, ensuring the branch operates efficiently and profitably.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor and improve performance, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
