All your leads are warm inbound enquiries, driven by a huge marketing budget. The building almost sells itself, but we still want someone with a lettings mindset - structured, commercial, and confident converting interest into committed residents. What you'll be doing: Handling warm inbound enquiries across phone, live chat, WhatsApp, email and social Guiding customers through the full lettings/booking process with clarity and confidence Converting enquiries into reservations and maximising revenue through smart upselling Delivering a friendly, human, helpful experience from first contact to completion Keeping CRM records accurate and fully updated Working closely with on‑site teams to answer questions and deliver a seamless move‑in What we're looking for: Background in lettings, leasing, BTR or property‑based customer service Strong communicator across phone, digital and face‑to‑face channels Target‑driven, structured and reliable with follow‑ups Comfortable using CRM, live chat and messaging tools Warm, positive personality that customers naturally trust Someone who enjoys working in a high‑quality marketing suite environment What's in it for you: £28,000 base salary OTE £43,000+ (uncapped) Amazing, supportive culture Huge progression as more sites launch and the team grows Your own marketing suite in a brand‑new, high‑quality building All inbound warm leads from a major marketing budget Hours: 9-5, with 1 in 5 weekends likely introduced soon to capture weekend enquiries
