Accommodation Manager - Premium Student Living

We're working with a high-growth, design-led residential brand looking for an Accommodation Manager to lead one of their flagship student residences, delivering a five-star, hotel-style experience every day. Think of this as running your own boutique hotel - but with long-stay residents instead of overnight guests.

  • Oversee housekeeping standards, maintenance coordination and presentation across the building
  • Ensure the building is fully compliant with all Health & Safety and operational standards
  • Manage budgets, costs and performance in line with business targets
  • Create a vibrant community through events, engagement and resident interaction
  • Build strong relationships with local partners, universities and the wider community

Experience in a hotel or hospitality leadership role (e.g. Hotel Manager, Duty Manager, Ops Manager, Front Office Manager)

A genuine passion for service, standards and guest experience

Strong operational knowledge - ideally including housekeeping, maintenance coordination or facilities exposure

Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and performance

10% annual bonus

3 weekend days per month (with time off in the week)

30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
