Our high-growth client is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee a premium residence. This role is ideal for retail or hospitality professionals looking to transition into an exciting and rewarding industry, where you\’ll play a key role in delivering a five-star living experience for their customers.
Your Role as an Assistant Manager:
- Help to oversee the full day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Help manage all aspects of building maintenance and facilities management to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.
- Work alongside a Facilities technician to ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, audits, and reports.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year\’ management experience within the retail or hospitality industry.
- A proven track record of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Some operational management experience.
- A natural, hands-on leader with a passion for service and customer engagement.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and financial management skills.
- A self-motivated, energetic, and solutions-focused approach.
