Calling all retail, leisure and hospitality Assistant Managers!! If you are currently working within retail, leisure or hospitality as a Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager looking for a new and exciting career away from the hustle and bustle of the high street then this could be the role for you.

Our client is looking for a passionate Manager from within retail, leisure or hospitality who want a change from those industries into one which can offer the same rewards and working environment but without the constant weekends.

The role will utilise the skills you have gained from within the retail, leisure or hospitality sector to put them into practice in this hugely customer focused and service driven environment.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Managers that are commercially focused, results orientated with exceptional customer service skills who can lead a team to deliver the highest standards to their customers.

Given it’s away from retail it has a better work / life balance regarding hours and days of the week – there are 3 shift patterns Mon-Fri: 7AM – 4PM / 9AM – 6pm / 12am-9pm and 1 in 3 weekends.
