Wall 2 Wall Carpets are a trusted name in flooring across Bolton, supplying and fitting quality carpets and flooring to both retail and trade customers. We\’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Admin & Sales Support superstar to join our friendly team.

If you\’re organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same – this could be the role for you!

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Taking calls and handling email enquiries from retail & trade customers
  • Preparing and sending quotes / invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers to keep jobs on track
  • Scheduling fitters and coordinating installation dates
  • Helping customers in the showroom with product advice and purchases from time to time
  • General admin to keep everything running smoothly

What we\’re looking for:

  • Experience in administration, sales support or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly manner
  • Super organised with great attention to detail
  • Background in flooring, home improvements, or trade (a bonus but not essential!)
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
