What You\\\’ll Be Doing

As Account Executive / Associate Director, you\\\’ll be at the forefront of client relationships, business growth, and strategic leadership. Your role will include:

  • Managing and growing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, primarily SMEs, and Mid-Market
  • Acting as the trusted advisor for clients across multiple sectors, offering expert guidance and bespoke insurance solutions.
  • Leading negotiations with insurers and underwriters to deliver the best possible results for your clients.
  • Handling new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments with precision and care.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth, both within your own client base and across the wider branch.
  • Staying ahead of industry and regulatory trends, ensuring clients always receive cutting-edge advice.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and mentoring the wider team where needed.

About You

We\\\’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A proven track record in commercial insurance (Senior Account Handler, Account Executive, Senior Broker, or Director level) – ESSENTIAL
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and solutions.
  • The ability to inspire confidence, build lasting client relationships, and drive growth.
  • Negotiation skills that deliver outstanding outcomes for clients and the business.
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset with a genuine passion for client service.
  • CII qualifications (or progress towards them) would be an advantage.
  • Experience with Acturis would be a bonus, but not essential.
