We're recruiting skilled Window Fitters / Joiners to join a long-established national business delivering insurance repair and replacement work across windows, doors and conservatories. The Role

  • You'll be out on site fitting and replacing:
    • UPVC windows and doors
    • Conservatories
    • (Garage doors experience a bonus)
  • Day to day you'll:
    • Remove old units safely and efficiently
    • Measure accurately and make adjustments where needed
    • Install to a high finish standard
    • Keep sites clean and professional
    • Handle repair and replacement jobs
    • Support and guide junior fitters where required

This is customer-facing work, so standards matter. We're looking for tradespeople who do the job properly, not rushed.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience fitting windows and doors
  • NVQ Level 2 in Fenestration (ideal, not essential)
  • MTC training preferred
  • Strong H&S awareness
  • Able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
