Looking to start a career in property?

If you're organised, hard-working and ambitious, and have a genuine interest in building a career within the property industry, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We're recruiting for a global property group with a fantastic culture, exciting residential brands and an excellent reputation for developing its people.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to learn, develop and build a long-term career within property.

Previous experience in property, lettings, estate agency or residential accommodation would certainly be beneficial - but it isn't essential.

What's more important is your genuine interest in property, your attitude and your ability to work in an organised, structured and accurate way.

The Opportunity

You'll join the team responsible for the administration behind the resident journey, helping ensure everything is in place from application through to move-in and throughout the tenancy.

It's a busy, admin-focused position where attention to detail is key. You'll work closely with Sales and Operations while learning about tenancy agreements, referencing, compliance, rental payments and the wider residential property operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing tenancy agreements and licences
  • Carrying out tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
  • Ensuring contracts, documentation and payments are completed before move-in
  • Maintaining accurate resident, tenancy and CRM records
  • Managing rent schedules and payment reconciliation
  • Investigating payment queries and discrepancies
  • Monitoring outstanding rental payments
  • Supporting tenancy and debt management administration
  • Liaising with residents, solicitors, councils and external partners
  • Supporting the wider Sales and Operations teams

Who Are We Looking For?

You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone with the right attitude and a genuine desire to develop a career in property.

You'll ideally be:

  • Highly organised and structured in the way you work
  • Hard-working, reliable and willing to learn
  • Someone who enjoys an administration-based role
  • Accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing several tasks and deadlines
  • Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
  • Proactive and happy taking responsibility for your workload
  • Genuinely interested in property and residential living
  • Ambitious to learn, develop and progress

You could be a graduate or early-career professional, or perhaps you're already working within administration, customer service, finance, lettings or estate agency and want to establish yourself within the property industry.

Why This Opportunity?

This isn't just about finding your next admin job.

It's an opportunity to get your foot in the door of the property industry with a successful global organisation where you'll gain valuable experience, learn how a major residential property business operates and have the opportunity to develop your career as the company continues to grow.

You'll receive:

  • £27,000 basic salary + £2,000 bonus opportunity
  • Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00
  • 22 days holiday, increasing to 25 days with service
  • Perkbox with 250+ discounts, perks and wellbeing benefits
  • Excellent training and development
  • Genuine opportunities for long-term career progression
  • A fantastic working culture within a growing global property group

If you're organised, ambitious and serious about starting a career in property, we'd love to hear from you.
