We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our busy Trade Sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping things organised and being an integral part of a fast-paced commercial environment.
You'll become a trusted point of contact for trade customers, supporting the sales team by processing orders, managing enquiries and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing first-class customer service by phone and email.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting the external sales team with quotations and enquiries.
- Updating customers on orders, stock and deliveries.
- Resolving customer queries quickly and professionally.
- Building strong relationships with existing trade customers.
- Maintaining accurate customer records using CRM/ERP systems.
- Working closely with Warehouse, Purchasing and Customer Service teams.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise sales through excellent customer service.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Previous Sales Administration or Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
- A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude.
Experience within trade, wholesale, distribution or manufacturing would be advantageous but isn't essential.
