The Role
You'll be the heartbeat of a busy, welcoming environment, taking ownership of customer engagement, organising exciting events and ensuring everyone who walks through the doors enjoys an outstanding experience.
You'll be responsible for:
- Creating memorable experiences - Planning and delivering engaging events, activities and initiatives that bring people together.
- Driving exceptional service - Ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality and care.
- Building relationships - Creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where people feel connected and valued.
- Leading and inspiring a team - Supporting, coaching and motivating a customer-focused front-of-house team.
