What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a profitable recruitment desk within Sales & Marketing.
- Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts.
- Source, assess, and present high‑calibre candidates for exclusive and retained assignments.
- Negotiate fees, terms, and offers with professionalism and confidence.
- Maintain the highest standards of client and candidate experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ agency recruitment experience (ideally Sales, Marketing, Digital, or Commercial).
- Proven billing record: €140k+ annually or 15+ mid‑to‑senior placements/year.
- Commercial acumen, tenacity, and a client‑first mindset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
