Day to Day Responsibilities
- Achieve sales budgets and weekly targets across all channels.
- Manage and grow customer accounts while adding new ones.
- Drive and execute customer promotions and warehouse stock pull-through.
- Complete 6-7 store visits daily, building strong relationships with retailers.
- Provide superior service, advising on competitive pricing and value.
- Manage the sales pipeline and drive new business development.
- Conduct research and use comparison reports to inform retail partners.
- Follow a structured journey plan aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with buyers, reordering teams, and colleagues.
- Track sales, margins, and business development for growth targets.
The ideal you
- Minimum 3 years previous Account Management in sales or Business Development experience.
- A demonstrated high-level understanding of the FMCG business environment, preferably in the grocery sector.
- Strong customer relationship management ability.
- Proficient in securing back-office excellence in stores through demonstrating professional advice in all stores.
- Effective sales and margin management experience while being results-oriented.
