People Group has proudly been instructed to work on a unique opportunity, a highly successful multi-discipline practice is looking to increase their building consultancy division with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor/CDM Principal Designer.

My client is arguably the most dominant construction consultancy in Bristol, they pride themselves on delivering accurate advice across the built environment. The building consultancy department is currently undertaking schemes in the education, residential, commercial and leisure sectors. You will be tasked with delivering refurbishment and maintenance projects in Bristol and the surrounding home counties. Typical programme values range from £150k – £2million.

This is a role is ideal for a Chartered Building Surveyor who has experience working as a CDM Principal Designer. My client is looking for a hybrid professional to provide services across building surveying and the CDM 2015 regulations.

Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• NEBOSH in Construction
• Extensive knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK drivers licence
