If you are commercially-minded, client-focused, and excited by the chance to make a real impact, this could be the role that defines the next phase of your career.
Our client is a high performing, private equity backed consultancy that specialises in project management, cost consultancy, and building surveying. Founded less than 40 years ago, the business has grown from a small start-up into a global operation with over 2,500 professionals delivering mission-critical projects across multiple sectors.
Within the UK and Europe, the business now employs circa 800 people and has ambitions to double in size within the next five years. The company operates across major UK cities and is particularly active in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, and public sector developments.
The business remains focused and disciplined in its service offering, eschewing a multidisciplinary model in favour of deep expertise and consistent delivery. With strong financial backing and a leadership team focused on operational excellence, the business is on a clear path to significant growth, driven by a combination of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the Building Surveying business across the UK. With an established team, a strong client base, and a platform generating over £2m in fees, the ambition now is to scale this to £5m and beyond. You will need to be as comfortable pitching for new business as you are developing your team and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
You will work closely with the UK Managing Director and other business line leaders to align your growth strategy with national objectives and play a key role in the leadership of the wider business.
