Are you an experienced Employers Agent looking to take the lead on a variety of exciting residential and mixed-use developments?

Our client, a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Employers Agent to join their growing team based in Southeast London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, delivering high-profile projects across London and the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the Employers Agent on residential-led developments (including affordable housing, regeneration, and mixed-use schemes)
• Preparing and managing project briefs, development programmes, and client reporting
• Managing consultant teams and liaising with key stakeholders including contractors, local authorities, and housing associations
• Overseeing project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring cost, quality, and programme objectives are met
• Reviewing and administering building contracts, particularly JCT forms

Employers Agent

• Proven experience in an Employers Agent or Project Management role within the construction/property sector
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and residential development processes
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ideally MRICS, MCIOB, or working towards chartership (not essential if experience is strong)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across project sites as needed
