A leading multi-discipline practice in London is looking to add an Assistant Building Surveyor to their team. We are looking for a proven project focused surveyor who can deliver several schemes at once.
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will work across the education, commercial and residential sectors providing a comprehensive range of building surveying services. The building consultancy team are managing a range of maintenance and refurbishment programmes across London and the surrounding home counties. You will be tasked with delivering high levels of service whilst managing external stakeholder relationships.
Private schools, academies, universities, offices and apartments are all structures you are likely to provide advice on. Typical project values range from £100k to £2.5million.
The Assistant Building Surveyor will display levels of confidence and competence. On offer is a unique proposition of a transparent and structured APC programme which is managed by an external third party which boasts a pass rate of over 85%. You have the full support from a Senior Building Surveyor who will mentor you before and after you achieve MRICS status.
