Role Overview
QA Supervisor plays a key role in protecting product integrity across the site. You will be responsible for maintaining food safety, quality and legality standards, while leading and developing a team of QA Technicians on shift. Working closely with Production and other departments, you will ensure products are manufactured, labelled and packaged correctly at all times.
Key Accountabilities
- Day-to-day supervision, coaching and development of QA Technicians
- Delivering on-the-job training and supporting regular performance reviews
- Providing real-time QA support to Production to ensure products meet specification
- Attending daily production meetings and contributing to site performance discussions
- Ensuring in-process QA checks are completed accurately, with corrective actions for any non-conformances
