The People Co. is seeking an experienced Site Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team at its Park Royal depot in London.

You will lead the day team to ensure safe, accurate and timely order delivery while upholding high food safety standards in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will oversee daily operations, safety training, and KPI reporting, coordinating with colleagues across Operations, Warehouse, Transport and Sales.
