We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, market-leading food business looking to appoint a Senior Sales Account Manager to join their commercial team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys looking after existing customers, spotting opportunities for growth and delivering exceptional service.

You'll inherit a portfolio of established accounts and play a key role in developing long-term customer relationships within a fast-paced, quality-focused business.

The business is ideally looking for someone who can join them as soon as possible, although they're happy to wait for the right person.

The Opportunity You'll take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, becoming their trusted point of contact while working closely with internal teams to ensure a first-class customer experience.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, identifying opportunities and making a real commercial impact.

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of established customer accounts
  • Building long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and account value
  • Working closely with operations, procurement and logistics to deliver outstanding service
  • Resolving customer queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Managing forecasts, pipeline activity and achieving commercial targets About You We're keen to hear from people who:

Salary: £34,000-£38,000 + benefits Please note: Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.
