Our client based in Aylesbury are a unique business within the beverage industry and are looking to expand their fantastic team with a Senior Packing Operative with excellent progression opportunities available to grow within the business. Key Responsibilities
- Packaging: assisting the Packaging Lead in operating and maintaining both the bottling and canning lines, this includes:
- Alternating between the role of shift supervisor or shift support on the packaging lines to spread the load between the team and as the needs of production require.
- Follow the Packaging SOP exactly and diligently.
- Follow health and safety requirements exactly, ensure cleanliness at all times.
- Understand potential risks in packaging and mitigation against these risks.
- Analyse the performance of the packaging lines and suggest ways in which the efficiency of packaging can be improved.
- Work with the Packaging lead and Head of Production to make operational improvements, to update SOPs and train the team as appropriate.
