  • Support and guide production operatives, assist with training new team members and promote strong teamwork on shift.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while developing the skills and leadership capabilities required for future supervisory responsibilities.

Personal Profile

  • Ideally 5+ years' experience within a food production or manufacturing environment, with the ambition to progress into a leadership role.
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and quality standards; experience with SALSA or BRC requirements would be advantageous.

  • A proactive and reliable approach, with the ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to operational challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to support and guide colleagues on the factory floor.
  • A team player who leads by example and promotes positive working practices.
