If you\’re someone who is seeking a new challenge and thrives in a team, then this might just be the new opportunity for you and with clear career path in mind Key Responsibilities – Packaging: assisting the Packaging Lead in operating and maintaining both the bottling and canning lines, this includes: – Alternating between the role of shift supervisor or shift support on the packaging lines to spread the load between the team and as the needs of production require. – Follow the Packaging SOP exactly and diligently – Follow health and safety requirements exactly, ensure cleanliness at all times. – Understand potential risks in packaging and mitigation against these risks – Analyse the performance of the packaging lines and suggest ways in which the efficiency of packaging can be improved. – Work with the Packaging lead and Head of Production to make operational improvements, to update SOPs and train the team as appropriate. – Fermentation and filtration: Support the fermentation and filtration team where required – Warehouse: Support in the warehouse pre and post packaging runs as required People Profile This role is not for someone who has frequent job changes as they are looking for com…
