In this key role, you’ll take ownership of product quality investigations, analyse consumer feedback, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver meaningful improvements. You’ll ensure ingredient specifications are accurate, support export documentation, and uphold best practice in quality and compliance across our global operations. Your work will directly influence how millions of consumers experience our products every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead investigations into product and packaging issues, identifying root causes and driving corrective action
  • Track and analyse complaint data to highlight trends and recommend improvements
  • Oversee ingredient approval processes and manage up-to-date specifications
  • Partner with suppliers to maintain high-quality, audit-ready standards
  • Support export and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance across markets
People Profile
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a food or beverage environment
  • Degree in Food Science or a related discipline
  • Strong Excel and data presentation skills
  • Knowledge of GFSI standards and HACCP principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines
