Are you passionate about sustainability, animal welfare, and making a tangible impact within a leading food company? One of the UK’s leading food businesses supplying more than 10,000 food and drink products to over 40,000 customers have an new and exciting position for a passionate sustainability profession looking to further develop their career within a large and progressive food business. The business is looking for a Sustainability Executive to join a dynamic Sustainability team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and key customers to drive progress against our sustainability goals, with a strong focus on responsible sourcing, animal welfare, and ESG commitments. Manage key customer contracts, ensuring alignment with sustainability policies and driving proactive engagement. Support the management of sustainability projects, particularly related to product development and reporting. Help shape and deliver effective sustainability strategies, influencing senior stakeholders and driving positive change. Champion ESG initiatives, focusing on animal welfare, responsible soya, and other sustainability goals. A natural curiosity and commitment to learning in the evolving sustainability space. Excellent organisational abilities, managing multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail. A commercial mindset, able to balance sustainability objectives with business goals. This is a hybrid role with two days based at the company’s head office in Berkshire with flexibility to work remotely. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel across the UK as needed.
