Join a market-leading international ingredients business and play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success, growth, and innovation across the food manufacturing and foodservice sectors. As Client Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for your customers, working closely with them to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and help them maximise value from the partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Work with clients to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Partner with technical and commercial teams to launch new products.
- Provide proactive, solutions-focused support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market activity to keep clients ahead of trends.
What you’ll bring
- A track record in B2B sales or account management within the food sector (ingredients experience a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and a relationship-focused mindset.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to spot opportunities.
- Problem-solving ability and confidence in negotiations.
- Willingness to travel nationally, plus some international trips.
