Drive foodservice growth across the North West, building strong client partnerships and unlocking new commercial opportunities. We are working with a well-established, family-owned business in the foodservice sector to appoint a Regional Sales Manager. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role offering the opportunity to grow and shape regional performance within a quality-led environment.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of sales performance across the NW UK, working closely with internal teams and customers to grow revenue and strengthen market presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of new business development and account management and wants to have real impact on regional growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and deliver regional sales strategy to achieve growth targets
  • Build and grow relationships with foodservice customers including hotels, restaurants and catering businesses
  • Manage key accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure service excellence and product alignment
  • Identify and deliver commercial opportunities across the region
  • Represent the business in client meetings and across the local market

About You

We are interested in speaking with people who:

  • Have experience in sales within foodservice, FMCG or a related sector
  • Bring a strong commercial mindset with the ability to win and grow business
  • Enjoy both new business development and account management
  • Are comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and are open to regional travel
  • Knowledge of food products or the industry would be advantageous
