The Role

As Commercial Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business, leading, inspiring, and driving success. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to develop sales strategies, open new markets, and support a dynamic team of Business Development Managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

âś… Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support

âś… Driving sales growth through strategic planning and relationship-building

âś… Work closely with marketing, ensuring commercial and brand strategies align

âś… Tracking and analysing performance, using insights to improve results

âś… Representing the company at industry events and strengthening its reputation

Proven food product sales experience in a B2B environment

Analytical mindset—you use data to inform decisions and drive performance

Excellent communication—both in leading teams and building client relationships

A full, clean driving license
