Quality and compliance sit at the heart of every successful food manufacturing operation. You will support the effective operation and ongoing development of food safety and quality systems across the business. Working closely with operations, technical and supply chain teams, you will help ensure compliance with quality requirements and external regulations, while actively contributing to a strong, site‑wide quality culture. Maintain and update the Quality Management System Support compliance with BRCGS, HACCP and food safety standards Co‑ordinate audits, inspections and customer visits Manage non‑conformances, corrective actions and root cause analysis Support supplier approval and raw material compliance Monitor quality KPIs and produce performance reports Support complaint investigations and drive improvements Promote GMP and food safety across the site Experience in a quality/technical role within food manufacturing Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS and quality systems Relevant qualification (food science/food safety) is desirable Competent in Microsoft Office and QMS systems
