This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager who wants real ownership. Not just of campaigns, but of how a brand shows up, connects with people, and supports commercial growth across existing and emerging markets. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, shaping and delivering marketing activity that genuinely makes an impact. If you’re someone who blends creativity with commercial thinking, enjoys taking ideas from concept to delivery, and takes pride in high-quality output, this role will give you plenty of scope to do your best work.

Working closely with commercial and operational teams, you’ll lead on brand activity across multiple channels. From social media and campaigns, through to events, content, awards and internal communications, you’ll have the autonomy to make things happen — and the responsibility to ensure they deliver real value.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning social media activity, tone of voice and content planning
  • Creating strong sales and marketing materials, including for international audiences
  • Developing and delivering creative campaigns with external partners
  • Managing awards submissions and brand‑led storytelling
  • Supporting events, community engagement and employer branding activity
  • Producing internal and external communications and measuring engagement
  • Aligning marketing priorities with commercial goals and tracking impact
  • Using insight, data and research to inform decisions and improve ROI

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a marketing management or senior specialist role
  • Exposure to both digital and traditional marketing, including SEO and social media
  • Confidence using data and analytics to guide strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, confident approach with the ability to challenge constructively
  • Experience developing or managing others (desirable)

This role would suit someone who cares deeply about quality, enjoys responsibility, and wants to work in a values‑led business where marketing is seen as a genuine driver of growth — not an afterthought. The position is primarily office‑based in London, with regular travel to a second UK site to stay closely connected to the wider business. An inclusive and supportive working environment is offered, with reasonable adjustments available throughout the recruitment process.
