We are seeking an experienced Factory Technical Manager to lead technical compliance, food safety, and quality performance at our client in Milton Keynes site.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will be accountable for day-to-day technical management of the factory, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, Group standards, and all relevant legislation.
- You will lead the site technical team, drive continuous improvement against KPIs, and represent the business during customer audits, visits, and meetings.
- Lead factory technical compliance, food safety, and legality.
- Manage and develop the factory-facing technical team.
- Deliver site technical plans aligned to customer and group requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement against technical KPIs and customer scorecards.
- Lead and support customer and certification audits (BRC).
- Work cross-functionally to deliver safe, legal, high-quality products.
