Associate Dentist – Restorative Dentistry Focus Northgate Dental, Wakefield 3.5 Days Per Week | Circa £100,000 Annual Earnings | Flexible Working Pattern North Gate Dental is an established and rapidly growing private dental practice in Wakefield, recognised for providing high-quality routine and emergency dental care. Due to continued patient demand and significant growth in our emergency service offering, they are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist with a Postgraduate Qualification in Restorative Dentistry to join their team from mid-July 2026. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and confident dentist with a genuine interest in restorative dentistry who enjoys delivering exceptional patient care and building long-term patient relationships. Working Pattern * 3.5 days per week * Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm * Thursday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm (late evening clinic) * Additional 1.5 days: 9:00am – 5:00pm - Saturdays included * Flexible working arrangement designed to support a healthy work-life balance This role is particularly suited to a dentist seeking greater flexibility without the constraints of traditional full-time practice hours. What We're Looking ForEssential * GDC registered Dentist * Postgraduate qualification in Restorative Dentistry * Strong clinical experience in restorative and general dentistry * Excellent communication and patient management skills * Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Desirable * Experience managing emergency dental patients * Interest in cosmetic and advanced restorative treatments * Commitment to ongoing professional development What We Offer * Expected earnings of approximately £100,000 per annum working just 3.5 days per week * Established and busy patient list * Consistent flow of emergency and restorative cases * Modern clinical environment * Supportive and experienced team * Flexible working schedule * Opportunity to develop and grow a restorative dentistry-focused patient base As part of the process, we require a clinical portfolio (this can be a social media portfolio) C.V. plus references.
