Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and helping people begin their smile journey? We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Patient Engagement Officer to join our growing private dental team at our Tamworth headquarters.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a high-performing patient engagement team, supporting private dental practices and helping convert enquiries into booked consultations. You'll be the first point of contact for many patients, providing outstanding service while helping drive practice growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding promptly to new patient enquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp, text message, and online channels
  • Managing inbound/outbound calls from prospective patients
  • Explaining treatment options and guiding patients through their next steps
  • Booking consultations and treatment appointments
  • Following up on enquiries and nurturing patient leads
  • Communicating with patients through social media platforms and digital messaging services
  • Promoting private dental treatments, smile makeovers, implants, orthodontics, and membership plans
  • Maintaining accurate patient records within CRM and practice management systems
  • Processing payments and assisting with payment-related queries
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and patient engagement activities
  • Working towards individual and team booking targets
What We're Looking For

Full training will be provided, but successful candidates will demonstrate:
