A fast-growing, clinically led private dental group is looking to appoint a commercially minded and values-driven Management Accountant to join its team at brand-new, state-of-the-art offices in Morley. Built by four founders who remain hands-on in the business, this is a dental brand with a clear philosophy: put patients first, treat people properly, and grow in the right way. Over the past 18 months, the group has expanded by five new sites across Yorkshire while continuing to build an ethical, patient-focused reputation and a strong internal culture.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the founders and senior leadership team, the Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting strategic growth across the group. The successful candidate will help drive financial visibility, improve reporting processes, and provide meaningful commercial insight to support decision-making across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to be part of a business genuinely focused on doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple sites
- Producing accurate financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
- Supporting budgeting and financial planning processes
- Delivering commercial insights and performance analysis to senior leadership
- Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying trends across the business
- Supporting operational teams with financial understanding and reporting
- Improving financial systems, controls, and reporting efficiencies
- Liaising with external accountants and stakeholders where required
- Supporting the continued expansion of the group as new sites open
About You
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator who can work closely with non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving business environment
- Experience in healthcare, multi-site, or service-led businesses would be advantageous
- Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
