Are you looking for a high-earning part-time sales role with one of the UK’s leading clear aligner brands? We are proud to be partnering with the biggest clear aligner business in the UK to recruit ambitious, confident and driven Sales Consultants to join their growing in-house team across 5 Central London locations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ticket sales environment and enjoys working face-to-face with clients while earning exceptional commission.

The Role

  • As a Sales Consultant, you will meet with pre-qualified leads who are already booked into the clinic by the internal bookings team.
  • Your role is to guide patients through their clear aligner journey, answer questions confidently, and convert consultations into sales.
  • You’ll be seeing approximately 20 clients per day, working towards daily conversion targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Working Hours

  • Saturdays & Sundays
  • 9:30am – 6:30pm
  • Part-time weekend role
  • Based across 5 Central London sites

Salary & Commission

  • National Minimum Wage + uncapped commission
  • Average earnings of £300+ per day

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face sales consultations with prospective patients
  • Explain clear aligner treatment confidently and professionally
  • Build trust and rapport with clients
  • Provide guidance, support and advice throughout the consultation
  • Convert incoming leads into treatment plans
  • Consistently achieve and exceed daily sales targets
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and presentation

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong “get up and go” attitude
  • Confident, energetic and target-driven personality
  • Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in high-ticket or face-to-face sales
  • Well-presented and well-mannered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eloquent and confident discussing dental/aesthetic treatments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to consistently hit 80%+ of daily targets
