The Opportunity

This is not a “post and schedule” role. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who is obsessed with growth, understands how to capture attention, and knows how to turn content into real traction. Someone who wants to take ownership, bring bold ideas, and build something that stands out in a crowded market. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and execute the social media strategy across key platforms
  • Create and oversee content that drives engagement, reach, and brand growth
  • Scale social performance with a clear target of multi million + views
  • Spot trends early and translate them into content that performs
  • Lead content planning, production, and publishing (especially video-first content)
  • Analyse performance and continuously optimise for growth
  • Manage and develop a Social Media Executive
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring the brand story to life
