The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident, warm and commercially minded Treatment Coordinator to join a busy dental practice in Batley as part of a rapidly growing dental brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves creating an exceptional patient experience but also understands the importance of converting enquiries, building relationships and helping patients move forward with treatment. You’ll be the face of the practice while playing an important role in its continued private growth.
The Role
You’ll manage the patient journey from the moment someone contacts or walks into the practice, ensuring they receive a welcoming, professional and seamless experience. You’ll work closely with clinicians to support private treatment enquiries, follow up treatment plans and help patients understand their options, including costs and finance. You’ll be confident picking up the phone, following up opportunities and building genuine relationships with patients, not simply waiting for the diary to fill itself.
About You
- Warm, confident and naturally brilliant with people
- Experienced in dentistry, healthcare, hospitality or a strong customer-facing/sales environment
- Comfortable discussing private treatments, fees and finance options
- Proactive and confident following up enquiries and treatment plans
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience
Previous dental or Treatment Coordinator experience would be advantageous, but attitude, personality and commercial awareness are just as important.
Why Join?
You’ll be joining an ambitious dental brand at an exciting stage of growth, with the opportunity to develop alongside the business. There’s a competitive salary and commission opportunity, ongoing development and the chance to make a genuine impact on both the patient experience and the continued growth of the practice.
Interested? If you’re passionate about people, love delivering exceptional service and want to be part of a dental business that’s going places, we’d love to hear from you.
