The Penycae Inn is looking for an experienced and passionate Second Chef to join our busy kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, takes pride in producing high-quality dishes, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Second Chef
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation

- Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures

Responsibilities:
